Treatment purchases are valid only after full payment is received by Astute Clinic.
No sharing of packages/treatments
Package treatment sessions are to be completed as a set and not as individual treatment sessions.
Promotion packages are treatments set to be completed over a defined period of time; within that which is stated in the promotion.
Treatments sold are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
No deduction from open credit/voucher.
If you are directly affected by the MCO restriction, your package treatment expiry will be frozen. Once the MCO is lifted for your area, your package will continue/resume.
Astute Clinic reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms or any policy or guideline of the Sites, at any time and in our sole discretion.
