Here, you can view the details of your orders that have been completed, those which are open and those which are to be dispatched as well as administer your address details, bank details and any newsletter to which you may have subscribed. Exchange / Return / Refund of products can be arranged for the following reasons:

  • Different from the product upon ordering

Which countries do you ship to?

For retail purchases, we ship to Malaysia and Singapore. We offer shipping to countries worldwide too, however shipping charges may vary. Please contact us at customerservice@astuteclinic.com for the shipping charges to your destination.

 

What are the shipping charges?

For West Malaysia, it would be RM10 nett. For East Malaysia, it would be RM15nett. Free shipping of orders of RM250 and above. Standard shipping to Singapore is RM30 nett. Free shipping of orders RM350 and above. All shipping charges will be calculated automatically at the checkout based on your total order amount and your shipping address.

 

Which courier company do you use?

We use various courier services to ensure your parcels arrive at the fastest speed. Tracking numbers will be provided to you in your email inbox registered once your order is ready to be shipped!

 

When will I receive my parcel?

All orders will be processed and delivered within 3-7 working days in Malaysia and Singapore. This timeframe might be extended during peak seasons and locations.

 

Where can I find my tracking number?

You will receive an email into your inbox with the tracking number and tracking URL after your order has been confirmed and processed. Or you may simply log in to your account to find the parcel tracking details.

 

How do I add/exchange the items in my order, or my shipping details, after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed, we are unable to make any changes. Kindly ensure all your details are accurate before confirming your
